Our Mission

Workforce Communications aspires to be the number one resource in terms of both the identification and recruitment of minority candidates throughout North America. Serving as a resource to both Public and Private schools, School Districts K-12, Colleges, Universities, and Non Profit Organizations as well as in all areas of Business.

For employers, We do this by:

• Providing access to Minority candidates.

• Posting career fairs and other forums for recruitment.

• Promoting workshops and seminars that educate and inform key personnel on staffing diversity issues.
